Vida Education is looking for a Candidate Resourcer to support our consultants by sourcing and engaging high-quality education staff for schools across Lancashire and Cumbria.

This is a great opportunity to build recruitment experience, develop strong communication skills, and progress into a Recruitment Consultant role over time.

About the Role

As a Resourcer, you’ll focus on candidate generation and engagement, playing a key role in ensuring schools are supported with the right staff.

You’ll be speaking to candidates daily, building relationships, and helping match them to suitable roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and social media
• Screening and interviewing candidates over the phone
• Writing and advertising job adverts
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Supporting consultants with filling vacancies quickly
• Keeping candidate records up to date and compliant

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator, especially over the phone
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is beneficial
