About the Role

Vida Education is a well-established, growing education recruitment agency supporting schools across Lancashire.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of their own desk. Building relationships with schools, developing new business and placing high quality education staff into roles where they make a real difference.

This is a 360 recruitment role combining sales, business development, and relationship management, with clear targets and strong earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing your own education recruitment desk 
• Developing new business through calls, networking, and client meetings
• Maintaining and growing relationships with schools across your region
• Speaking regularly with candidates to build a strong talent pool
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
• Matching schools with high-quality staff to support day-to-day and long-term needs

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in recruitment
• Confident communicating with clients and candidates over the phone
• Ability to develop business and build long-term relationships
• Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
