Vida Education have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our busy and expanding team. Taking over a ‘warm desk’, we are looking for someone to manage and develop an already successful area.

Providing teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors and support staff into education establishments, this is a fast paced, 360 role. You will be required to build and develop relationships with schools and also source, interview and place candidates into school-based roles.

Every day is different, and this is a demanding and diverse role and as with all recruitment roles there is a large amount of sales involved. Your ability to achieve your targets will depend on your activity. You will be supported to develop your existing skills and experience through ongoing training and staff development in order for you to achieve your full potential within this role.



* Business development calls to new client schools to discuss Vida Educations’ services

* Through phone calls, emails, and client visits, you will need to establish and develop long-standing, positive working relationships with clients and candidates to become the agency of choice – providing excellent service to both

* Daily contact with current clients to ensure we are doing all we can to help

* Proactively sourcing, contacting, registering and interviewing candidates, lots of them, to work with Vida Education. Completing their compliance in line with Vida Educations’ standards

* Advertising roles on our network of job boards and social media sites

* Filling roles that come in with clients, long-term, short-term and daily cover


* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills

* Ability to meet deadlines and targets

* Self-motivation, initiative and confidence

* Time management and organisational skills

* Driving licence and use of a car

* Minimum of 12 months recruitment consultant experience is desirable but not essential

*To be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and the company CRM system
